Assist in supervising and inspection of projects on site.
- Monitor project progress schedule and quality standards.
- Responsible for the co-ordination of work and ensure safety on site.
- Maintaining and updating site records on progress of work, housekeeping and preparing reports.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Architecture, M&E or other relevant tertiary education.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in **Architectural** inspection of high-end condominium projects.
- Conversant in statutory code and requirements.
- Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills essential.
