**Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute various online campaigns, activities, and promotions to drive sales for all e-Commerce platforms including Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10, Carousell and websites and potential platforms.
- Online portal maintenance including but not limited to items daily maintenance, stock management, campaign execution, packing orders alternate days in office
- Customer service - replying to customers in a friendly and helpful demeanor quickly (Manage consumer’s enquiries on each E-Commerce platform via Live Chat and Q & A function)
- Design artwork for listing images etc for use on e-commerce site (Simple graphic editing and design - an eye for design)
- Other administrative duties - running of sales reports, furnishing spreadsheets to calculate commission for live streamers, updating n editing presentation deck for live streamers or business partners for collaborations
- Devise and implement new ideas for marketing campaigns
- Identifying and evaluating new marketing opportunities to increase direct internet traffic as well as monitoring the online presence as well as online marketing activities of immediate competitors
- Plan marketing mechanics every month and for every campaign
- Update & manage content for each of the ecommerce platforms
- Monitor stock inventory to ensure healthy stock levels at all stock points
- Recruit life streamers, e-commerce platforms partners to drive sales and liaise with designer to plan digital marketing campaigns where relevant for execution
- Able to manage eCommerce orders from downloading orders to verifying and processing for all eCommerce platforms
- Prepare invoices and prepare all orders to ship, follow parcel tracking to ensure delivery.
- Check advertising data & performace on platform

**Requirements**:

- Minimum education Diploma Certifciate
- Minimum of 2 years of equivalent work experience in handling E-commerce platform, such as Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10 etc.
- Able to communicate in both English and Chinese (in order to reply English and Chinese speaking customers in a friendly and helpful demeanor quickly and also to manage English and Chinese speaking consumer’s enquiries on each E-Commerce platform via Live Chat and Q & A function.)
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Photoshop
- Have a sense of urgency to work independently, self-discipline with minimum supervision required.
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task with good time management
- Proactive, independent, meticulous and team player
- Knowledge in SEO, GA, copywriting is a bonus.
