**About This Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Business Value Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for quantifying the value of our solutions and services to clients. You will work closely with sales, pre-sales, product engineers, product managers, and client teams to understand business needs and translate them into compelling value propositions.
**What You'll Do**
- Value assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of client business challenges and opportunities, identifying potential areas for improvement and innovation.
- Financial modelling: Develop robust financial models to quantify the economic impact of our solutions, including return on investment (ROI), TCO analysis, and other relevant metrics.
- Business case development: Create compelling business cases that clearly articulate the value proposition of our offerings, addressing client pain points and strategic objectives.
- Data analysis: Utilize data analysis techniques to extract insights from large datasets, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
- Client presentations and discovery workshops: Deliver persuasive presentations to C-suite executives and other key stakeholders, effectively communicating complex financial and business concepts. Run discovery workshops with clients to understand their pain points and end goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, pre-sales, product engineering, and product management, to ensure the sales team is well-equipped with up-to-date product information, competitive insights, and market trends.
- Knowledge management: Create and manage a library of sales content, including case studies, presentations, white papers, and proposal templates, to support various stages of the sales cycle.
**What You'll Need**
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ideally a minimum 5+ years success and tenure within a similar company (ideally technical SaaS solution) within a value consultant position / similar role
- Understanding of the Telco industry/domain
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis techniques
- Ability to create executive level content, positioning and strategy notes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of business value concepts and metrics
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
