Queenstown, Singapore Build Space Pte Ltd Full time

**Location**: Remote (Malaysia) for 3-6 months, then Singapore

**Salary**:

- Remote (Malaysia): SGD 1,000 per month
- Singapore (On-site): SGD 3,000 per month

**About Us**:
We are a dynamic and growing company specializing in carpentry works, offering innovative and high-quality design solutions for residential and commercial spaces. We are looking for a talented and motivated Interior Designer from Malaysia who is ready to grow with us and eventually relocate to Singapore.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate interior design projects from concept to completion.
- Produce detailed technical drawings and design specifications.
- Create high-quality 3D visual renderings to communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure design quality and project success.
- Participate in a 2-week training session in Guangzhou, China, focusing on software and product knowledge.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members in Mandarin and English.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in interior design, with proven project management experience.
- Proficient in using interior design software (AutoCAD, Keyshot, Adobe Photoshop, etc.).
- Strong skills in creating technical drawings and 3D visual renderings.
- Excellent command of Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
- Willingness to travel to Guangzhou, China, for a 2-week training session.
- Available to work remotely (Malaysia) for the first 3-6 months.
- Willing to relocate to Singapore once the work permit is issued. Assistance will be provided in searching for accommodation and settling in.
