**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) analysis and optimization.
- Perform SIPI simulation at the packaging/system level, including tasks such as parameter extraction (e.g., insertion loss, return loss, TDR, eye diagrams, DC IR, PDN, AC ripple), optimizing design details with packaging designers, guiding layout implementation, and preparing simulation reports.
- Participate in ball-map layout planning and packaging design reviews.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to establish SIPI standards.
- Provide SIPI simulation support for IP product development.

**Job Requirements**:

- Master’s degree or higher in Microelectronics, Automation, or a related field, with over 5 years of experience in SIPI.
- Strong understanding of signal integrity and power integrity theories.
- Proficient in SIPI design tools such as HFSS, SIWAVE, ADS, PowerSI, and HSPICE.
- Hands-on experience with high-speed IP simulations, including DDR and SerDes.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a willingness to share knowledge.
