**Teacher Mentor** - to start immediately

At Learning Sprouts, we aim to cultivate positive learning habits from young. Our vision is to create a safe space where all children can develop holistically and build a successful future for them.

As a new student care centre, we are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals who are willing to support and grow with the founding team.

**Job Description -**
- Main caregiver and mentor
- Handle daily student care matters
- Ensure smooth running of the centre, including but not limited to:
- Provide care and guidance to students
- Take attendance and oversee students’ arrival and dismissal
- Administer and enforce hygiene and safety practices
- Distribute lunch
- Oversee students’ naptime and school work
- Develop and execute lesson plans for students’ enrichment time (within standard Student Care hours)
- Assist the centre manager with administrative matters such as communicating with parents and registration.

**Requirements -**
- Have relevant experiences
- Ability to engage students well
- Good English & Mandarin speaking skills
- Possesses cheerful and caring disposition befitting that of positive role model for young children
- Passionate to mentor/work with children from primary schools
- Able to multi
- task, strong team player, organised, meticulous and possesses good interpersonal skills
- Must be willing to work for 5 days per week, 10am-7pm
- Singaporeans and others may apply
- Prior experience in the following:

- Worked in a student care centre or with primary school students
- Trained students and/or youths
- Prior experience in tutoring, conducting enrichment programmes, etc
- Prior experience or knowledge and ability in guiding students’ with behavioural issues
- Flexible and quick-thinking
