This role will act as the Global Supply Chain (GSC) Strategy Lead, working with the other Execution Leaders (ELs) from the other COEs. The person will articulate and present the GSC strategy to the wider Order Fulfillmnet and Supply Chain (OFS) team while facilitating the alignment of strategic directions within OFS and businesses. The individual will also be formulating strategy and strategic direction in support for the GSC executive staffs. The person may also be tasked with strategic investigation and implementation in tight collaboration with the Global Program Team, Businesses and other functions etc.

You will identify, recommend, and implement opportunities for improvement across the global supply chain:

- Leads, or contributes to, the design and execution of end-to-end supply chain solutions and strategy including planning, material information and financial flows, manufacturing and logistics.
- Leads or participates in multi-function supply chain projects with an emphasis on project planning, supply chain modeling/analysis and optimization of cost, service and inventory.
- Participates in the design, development and implementation of end-to-end supply chain designs, strategies, models, processes, business intelligence and tools to support business growth.
- Identifies gaps and recommends opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain.
- Works in conjunction with Information Technology partners to ensure system framework addresses business requirements.
- Implements, tests, troubleshoots and improves business systems to increase manufacturing quality, efficiency and volume.

**Requirements**:

- Possesses a university degree and ideally 5 years of experience in a supply chain transformation or digital supply chain (preferred) function
- Outstanding research and analytical abilities.
- Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures, including but not limited to manufacturing, logistics, procurement or planning processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven interactions with senior stakeholders/decision makers
- Project management skills with strong leadership skills.
