Tasks

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform simulation to validate mechanical designs and concepts to meet mechanical and thermal requirements
- Evaluate analysis results and perform design optimization
- Continuously investigate and deploy new simulation methodology for new area of mechanical interest
- Work closely with project teams to provide robust and quality design in structural performance
- Simulation correlation and root cause analysis during product development
- Provide presentation and training to project teams/customers
- Interact with customers, industries, and suppliers to harness technologies advances
- Work with global team to define competency development and deploy strategy to worldwide R&D locations

**Qualifications**:

- Degree / Master in Mechanical Engineering
- In depth knowledge of Structural Mechanics
- Experience in working with ANSYS Workbench
- Good technical presentation skill
- Team player with good communication skills
- Self-motivated with a strong passion for design and simulation
- Customer oriented and able to work systematically under tight schedules
- Able to travel for business/training
- Preferably with 2 years working experience in product design and simulation environment
