A **Researcher/ Market Analyst** plays an important role in our company as he / she provides valuable market insights, assists in investment decision-making and assesses risks. Besides, he / she also helps with location analysis, supports forecasting and planning, and contributes to the company's competitive advantage. We aim to maintain the integrity of our property recommendation to our clients, to ensure that every investors through us, can maximize their portfolio and invest with a peace in mind.

**Salary**: SGD3,000.00 - SDG4,500.00 a month (depending on experience) - Preferred those with at least 1 year experience in researcher.

**Contract Type**: Full-time

**Experience**: No preference in race or gender, must be fluent in English.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Conducting research to gather accurate and reliable data from various sources such as surveys, interviews, property platforms, news and articles etc.
- Analyzing market data by identifying trends, patterns, and shifts in the real estate industry.
- Staying up to date with the news, changes and practices in the real estate market.
- Creating comprehensive reports and presentations that communicate research findings, market analysis.
- Analyzing data in terms of market conditions, property values, rental rates, and identifying promising investment opportunities
- Studying the market in terms of historical data collecting, conducting comprehensive market analysis, and staying on track of the economic trends

- Good attention skills to ensure accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting.

- Excellent presentation skills that could communicate the research findings in a clear and concise manner.
