**MAIN RESPONSIBLITIES**:
1. Tasks related to the management of existing vineyard projects:
Manage portfolio of ongoing vineyard projects from an operational, financial, legal, tax, and accounting perspective:
- Lead the operations and on-going activity of the portfolio and its reporting;
- Supervise the financial closing process and analyse of the corresponding financial statements;
- Prepare and monitor the annual planning process (closing, forecasting, and budgeting process of the portfolio);
- Liaise with and coordinate and manage relationships with the external suppliers / service-providers (accounting firms, auditors, tax agent, corporate secretary, bank);
- Draft documents and reports in connection with each project (e.g., bi-annual reports, regular correspondence with investing partners).
2. Interact with external parties:
- With legal, financial, tax, and corporate advisors, both in Asia and France;
- With participating Members of Le Club FICOFI: attend meetings and some Le Club FICOFI®events;
- With representatives and staff of our producer partners based in France in relation to wine production and operational aspects;
3. Perform other tasks and duties as required.
