**About the role**:
Reckitt is seeking a Senior Manager for our Internal Audit team who will be integral in shaping the financial and operational resilience of our global business. You'll lead audits that challenge the status quo and collaborate with leaders across diverse functions. This role suits an ambitious individual, seeking an opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and be responsible to lead the Internal Audit team for the APAC region. To undertake assignments globally with a certain level of focus on APAC providing an independent appraisal of the adequacy and effectiveness of risk management and internal controls across operational, financial, functions, capability centres, Global Business Units and other business areas. To promote the profile of Internal Audit through the sharing of best practices and working closely with senior management across the business.

The role will involve a wide variety of projects with exposure to all functional areas in the business including commercial, factory, function audits and ad hoc assignments. This will ensure excellent exposure to a wide range of the Group’s activities and processes and provide an excellent opportunity for future progression within the Group.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Delivery of all audits in APAC and Greater China region, and global audit reviews including to lead and be accountable for the planning and execution of risk based, operational, financial audits, functions, capability centres, Global Business Units under the guidance of the Global Internal Audit Director.
- Proactively engage and own the relationship with the senior leadership team and other key individuals across the APAC and Greater China region, and being the main liaison for the region including promoting the profile of Internal Audit through sharing of best practices.
- Quality control of audits and delivery of high-quality audit reports.
- Prepare and agree audit reports with impactful findings and recommendations, focusing particularly on areas of business risk, control weakness and operational efficiency enhancements.
- Undertake follow up of significant recommendations to ascertain whether improvement actions have been implemented.
- Continually drive the adoption across the Global team of the use of data analytics in the planning and execution of audits.
- Pro-actively collaborate with management across the business, co-source partners and peer organisations to provide key business insight to the Global IA and Management Teams.
- Involve in business projects or ad hoc assignments (e.g. self-assessment programmes, investigations etc), contributing risk and control expertise together with analytical and investigative skills.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly summary reports for discussion with the Audit Committee, BU or regional management. To lead and support in the risk assessment for the region.
- Lead, manage, develop, coach and support your team. Responsible for hiring, developing, and retaining the team.
- Assist with the long-term strategic plan for Internal Audit.

**The experience we're looking for**:

- A qualified accountant with 7-10 years post qualification (CA/CPA/ACA/ACCA) and at least 2 years people/team management experience in a major international organization and/or large accounting practice. You will preferably have FMCG/Consumer Health experience.
