**Team
Kennedys’ Business Development & Marketing team promotes Kennedys’ services and supports the firm's global growth ambition and our key clients and markets.

There are four distinct global functions: Pursuits, Clients and Markets, Marketing & Communications and Marketing Technology & Data. These functions support the BD&M activity across four regions - UK, EMEA, APAC and the Americas. All functions and regions are represented on the global leadership team.

**Key responsibilities**
- Develop and manage a technology roadmap for the function, in close collaboration with the Technology and Data teams, as well as the BD&M leadership team
- Work closely with the Head of Data Strategy to ensure that all Data Principles are embedded into the technology roadmap for the function
- Oversee the operation and development of current BD&M technologies and tools
- InterAction: The Firm’s CRM technology
- Website and intranet platforms
- Develop a data-driven approach to support strategic planning.
- Develop approaches to using technology and data to measure BD & Marketing activity and ROI.
- Complying with Kennedys Business Intelligence reporting and insights standards, deliver data and insights to the business to help us build strong, trusted relationships with our clients.
- Represent BD&M on all projects relating to firmwide data strategy and technology operations.
- Develop and implement best practices and guides for the use of BD&M technology and deliver training on that best practice.
- Monitor the use of marketing technology across the firm, and in the wider market, to make recommendations on the tools the firm can use to enhance its BD&M operations.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure we are maintaining service standards and managing our external spend effectively.
- Manage the team of InterAction data stewards currently sitting within the function. Over time, define the resourcing needs of the Marketing Technology & Data function.
- Lead on data compliance and GDPR as it relates to BD&M technology and data. Work with Risk & Compliance to ensure compliance with the Data Protection Act and other relevant regulations and Kennedys policies.

**Required experience**
- Experience of managing and implementing marketing technology and data processes/ programmes in a professional services environment.
- Understanding and knowledge of Data Governance Framework and Principles
- Experience of leading technology and data led change management programmes.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Strong influencing, negotiating and facilitation skills.
- Experienced at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- A curious mind with a strong interest in emerging technology and innovation that delivers tangible outcomes for the business and its clients.
