Executive, Leasing

**Responsibilities**:

- Market and lease retail units to new potential tenants
- Assist to implement strategies to maximize rental and occupancy
- Review and recommend tenancy mix based on the mall’s positioning
- Lease administration of tenants and handling tenancy-related issues
- Handle lease renewal negotiations with existing tenants
- Build up rapport and maintain good relationship with tenants
- Prepare and maintain leasing reports and schedules
- Conduct and analyse retail market researches

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Real Estate or equivalent
- 1-2 years’ relevant experience in similar capacity.
- Good interpersonal and communication and negotiation skills
- Possess positive disposition and a good team player
- Self-driven with positive attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Leasing: 1 year (preferred)
