Our client is look for a Techno Functional System Analyst responsible for managing solution delivery, conducting user acceptance testing, and providing support for eCommerce and Front-of-House systems while also ensuring the upkeep and relevance of systems, processes, and documentation.

**Some of the key responsibilities will include**:

- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, manage delivery, and conduct testing and training.
- Redesign the eCommerce system and websites utilizing C#,.Net framework 4.5 (and above), JavaScript, HTML and MS SQL Server 2008 R2 (and above) to ensure software development and enhancement are maintained.
- Provide support and perform administration, problem resolution, and performance tuning of Front-of-House systems.
- Ensure the relevance of systems, processes, and documentation.

**To be eligible for this role you will require**:

- Minimum Diploma in IT or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience as a Techno Functional Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
- Proficiency in C#,.Net, JavaScript, HTML, MS SQL Server, and Agile methodology.
- Familiarity with DevOps concepts, TDD, BDD, and cloud-based technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure) is an advantage.
