The Credit and Risk Management function is comprised of three teams: Risk Management, Credit and Special Asset Management. We manage the risks arising from the Group’s business activities within the risk appetite established by the Board. This involves identifying and evaluating the risks, developing effective risk governance and strategies as well as providing independent assessment of the overall risk profile.
**Description**:
- In our road map for continuous cultural improvement, the Group Risk Management is constantly brainstorming on ways to collect quantitative data to better reflect the Bank's risk culture. As such, you will be working closely with Group Non-Financial Risk Management in developing Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) to collect behavioural data.
**Learning Outcomes**:
- Application of social science/behavioural science in banking industry
- Opportunity to engage stakeholders across different functions within the Bank
**Requirements**:
- Familiar with qualitative research techniques with quantitative methods
- Great interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn
- Preferred discipline is Social Science (with a focus on behavioural science/social psychology)
