We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Head of Suitability, SEA.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the end to end sales and suitability process for Private Banking and retail segment for South East Asia
- Working closely with Marketing Teams, Investment Counsellor teams and IWS product teams to review and enhance current suitability process, taking into account local regulatory aspects as well as client experience
- Act as SME advising Marketing and Investment Counsellor teams on day to day basis, resolving suitability queries and issues
- Engaging with 1LOD Regulatory Compliance, Risk, and Legal on suitability process approval as well as on risk/regulatory gap analysis
- Liaise with Technology to review and enhance suitability controls in transaction order input and client management systems.
- Aligning with the regional team in suitability process and procedure
- Present at the regional Suitability Committee any new suitability proposals for South East Asia

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 10 years’ experience in private banking and financial markets
- Experience in Suitability management, Sales Quality surveillance, or Operational Risk management
- Strong understanding of relevant regulatory rules and requirements on private banking and retail business
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
- Strong analytical skills with focus on details
