As part of Easmed’s philosophy to build value and trust to our Customers and Partners, we are seeking to recruit a

**Clinical Application Specialist, Sleep Team.
You will be primarily responsible for ensuring the provision of advice and assistance on the usage of therapy devices and products to end users including conducting training for medical professionals, allied health personnel, patients and sales team to ensure that they are familiar with and confident in using the products.

**Specifically, you will**
- Support sleep apnea device usage according to product usage instructions while adhering to infection control and observing patient safety as first priority.
- Support sleep team cases competently and promptly.
- Process end to end transaction for customers from clinical demo to purchase of device.
- Ensure that end users receive correct advice and adequate, professional support.
- Conduct training for the end users to ensure they are familiar with and confident in using the products.
- Collaborate with Regional Product Managers/Specialists and Business Unit Managers to develop training materials and competency assessment documents.

In the course of your work, you will be required to join the Sales Team on a sales visit to demonstrate the use of the products to provide credibility to the value of the products and technical expertise as well as identifying business opportunities while attending to cases and through customers interaction and pass on the information/leads to the Sales Team.

You should have a Diploma/Degree in Nursing, Engineering or Science, have a minimum 2 years of relevant experience such as Bio medical/Healthcare/rehab or Homecare experience preferred. Having a growth and change mindset, demonstrating strong ownership towards execution and result as well as able to work well in a team-based environment are desirable attributes for the role.
