FNP Cakes is a premium bakery brand known for crafting delicious cakes and desserts with high-quality ingredients. As we expand our operations in Singapore, we are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Cleaner to join our production team and help us maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, production area, and equipment at all times.
- Wash, sanitize, and store utensils, trays, baking tools, and kitchen equipment properly.
- Clean work surfaces, floors, and waste bins regularly according to HACCP and food safety standards.
- Assist in basic cleaning of storage areas, chillers, and ovens when required.
- Follow daily cleaning schedules and checklists provided by the Head Chef.
- Safely handle cleaning chemicals and maintain cleaning equipment in good condition.
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods with ad-hoc cleaning tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in kitchen cleaning, housekeeping, or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and food safety.
- Physically fit to handle cleaning tasks, lifting, and standing for long periods.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to work as part of a team.

**What We Offer**:

- Competitive salary: SGD 1,300 - 1,700 per month (depending on experience).
- 6-day work week with 2 days off per month.
- Overtime pay and allowances as applicable.
