**About you**
As part of Ramboll, you will work with a group of experienced consultants in our Environment and Health team in Singapore. You will receive on-the-job training with mentoring from senior staff and have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across multiple social disciplines.

We are looking for someone who is keen to work on a diversity of projects and in a variety of sectors to enhance social performance and sustainability. You will become part of our growing Impact Assessment team, focusing on social impact assessment. This encompasses conducting social scoping and baseline studies, developing social management plans, designing social studies and providing oversight of local teams outside of Singapore to conduct the work, conducting community consultation, among others. Thematically, we are looking for someone with a keen interest in the following areas - stakeholder engagement; human rights; cultural heritage; community health, safety and security; labour and working conditions; resettlement and livelihoods; and gender equality and social inclusion.

Your duties will entail shadowing and supporting the provision of environmental management and advisory services to clients including but not limited to:
- Assisting in environmental data analysis, environmental assessment and evaluation, environmental fieldwork
- Assisting in the preparation of proposals and reports
- Undertaking of business development or project tasks assigned to you by the management
- Preparation of business development materials, drafting of articles, researching topics of relevance to our business
- Participating in general office activities such as skills sharing, team meetings, etc
