**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Assist in preparing resources for teaching & learning activities (e.g. lesson, enrichment, competition, exhibition, recycling campaign, garden trail, etc)
- Set up science laboratory / makerspace before activity and clear up after activity
- Organise the storage of learning materials (e.g. apparatus, equipment, printed resources, perishables, etc)
- Ensure learning materials are well-maintained and well-stocked (includes simple cleaning, drying, stock-taking, etc)
- Assist in purchasing learning materials
- Maintain cleanliness of two science rooms and one makerspace roomAssist in any other teaching & learning related duties as assigned by Teacher-in-charge, Level Head or Head of Department

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Able to properly handle science laboratory apparatus
- Basic proficiency in spoken and written English
- Organised and attentive to details
- Able to multi-task, work independently and meet deadlines
- Able to communicate with teachers through WhatsApp
- Additional preferred qualifications, skills and experience:

- Prior working experience in science laboratories and/or primary school environment
- Relevant working experience in science education

Basic proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel

**WORKING HOURS**
- Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 2:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break (Bishan)
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 4.30pm, Fridays: 7:30am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break (Tampines)
- Mondays to Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Depending on the school needsService not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays, school holidays and days
