CA/ MBA (finance) / CFA - 6-8 or more years relevant experience / business finance.
- Demonstrated financial analysis and modeling skills
- Experience with financial reporting. Highly analytical and detail oriented.
- Strong financial analysis, financial modeling skills, and familiarity with Data Warehouse environment, SQL knowledge a plus.

Job summary

At Amazon we are striving to be the most customer-centric company on earth. We are currently looking for a highly analytical and forward-thinking Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team in Singapore.
This role will be primarily responsible for business partnering, decision support, financial modeling, controllership and operations cost optimization. This person will partner with multiple stakeholders to provide timely analysis and insights. The Senior Financial Analyst will also lead variance analysis for monthly/quarterly business reviews as well as execute ad-hoc projects and analysis as needed.

Role Responsibilities

Provide timely and insightful reporting of financial results
- Support financial review processes including monthly financial and quarterly business reviews, planning, forecasting, and ad hoc analytics
- Drive continual standardization and streamlining of planning and forecasting processes
- Develop tools to drive better understanding of performance and metric trends
- Work with data source providers to ensure that data is accurate, automated and timely available
- Build strong relationships within a highly matrixed organization
