**Senior Robotics Instructor**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and age-appropriate LEGO Robotics and coding lessons to preschool, primary and secondary school students.
- Lead and coach robotics teams for competitions including **NRC, WRO, and FLL**, from training to on-site support during events.
- Curate and develop lesson plans and learning resources based on student progress and curriculum goals.
- Foster creativity, problem-solving, and collaboration through project-based learning and robotics challenges.
- Monitor and assess student performance, providing feedback and support for continual improvement.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance programme quality and innovation.
- Maintain classroom equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum **2-3 years**of teaching experience in LEGO Robotics or similar platforms (e.g., SPIKE Prime, EV3, WeDo).
- Strong programming knowledge in block-based and/or text-based environments (e.g., Scratch, Python, LEGO Coding).
- Proven track record in leading teams to **NRC, WRO, FLL**, or equivalent robotics competitions.
- Experience in curriculum design and lesson planning.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Flexible working hours**, including availability on **weekends**.

**Preferred**:

- MOE teaching experience or experience in enrichment/CCA programmes.
- Familiarity with different robotics platforms and tools.
- First aid certification is a plus.
