Sales Supervisor

The Sales Supervisor is accountable for achieving assigned team sales targets and conduct supervisory duties that involve the coordination of activities to ensure that operational demands are catered for. She oversees daily operations and leads merchandising activities to optimise sales performance.
She is expected to deal with multiple stakeholders in the workplace, such as colleagues and customers, as part of managing the operations.
She is friendly, sociable and possesses strong persuasion abilities. She is able to multi-task and is capable of interacting well with customers.
Main Duties
- Achieving sales target set by the company
- Providing training to beauty advisors, in areas such as product knowledge, sales technique, communicating with clients and demonstrating the use of products.
- Recruit and groom a team of professional beauty advisors.
- Handle all matters in relation to the operation of retail counters. This will include merchandizing of products, replenish of inventory and plan the work rooster of beauty advisors.
- Ensure that all beauty advisors follow company’s protocol and carry out their task in a professional manner.
Requirement
- Applicant must possessed minimum of 3 years working experience in beauty retail industry.
- Applicant must possessed good leadership quality with prior experience in leading a team of beauty advisors.
- Applicant must be able work independently and work closely with other department head, in ensuring operation able to proceed smoothly.
- Applicant must be able to communicate well
- Applicant must be adaptive and work in a fast pace and dynamic environment
- Applicant must be result driven.
