Your responsibilities:

- To supervise, static equipment and piping pre-commissioning work.
- Monitor and supervision on all testing and inspection commissioning activities.
- Supervise the subcontractors´ activities.
- Daily monitor, and supervision of all activities in compliance with project schedule.
- Co-ordinate works with other supervisors, contracts and subcontractors on a daily basis to minimize work interferences.
- Follow up with sub-contractor to achieve the schedule target.
- Assist and support Quality assurance team to perform inspection and function test in mechanical area.
- Regularly planning and coordinate with construction department to ranking commissioning activities in piping and static equipment.
- Responsible for supervising the corresponding subcontractors and the preparation of required information for an effective Project progress control.
- Follow and make follow CRISP HSE program, collaborate with Exxon initiatives
- Prepare, review commissioning working procedures. Collaborate with subcontractor to elaborate Method of Statement for Precommissioning works
- Monitor and verify that the work execution and implementation are as per approved procedures
- Monitor closure of punch list as appropriate
- Flushing dry and preserve Piping at site as per approved procedures
- Ensure that methods of work are up to date, efficient and in accordance with company and client safety policies and Health and Safety requirements.
- Liaise with Client’s Engineer for final inspection and approval of installed Piping, and equipment closure box-up
- Attending daily progress review meeting.
- Documents control, maintaining day to day activity records.
- Reinstate of Piping layouts as per Isometric design.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum diploma in Engineering or other relevant technical as well as a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
- Must be physically capable to conduct field inspections and participate in project walk downs which require the following activities: extensive walking in and around a construction site, climbing ladders, climbing scaffolding, walking on elevated platforms, walking on uneven surfaces, entering in very small and/or confined spaces
- Knowledge of software in database, drawing and scheduling program (User level).
- Knowledge in chemical and mechanical cleaning technologies, means and methods.
- Knowledge of supervisory functions relating to commissioning field activities
