Job Scope:
- Manage detailed travel arrangements, booking flight tickets, accommodation, and preparing detailed travel itineraries.
- Act as a liaison to the internal stakeholders and business partners, coordinating both internal and external meetings to ensure that General Manager SEA’s time is maximized by effectively managing his schedules, create meeting agendas and circulate meeting materials.
- Prepare communication on behalf of the General manager including administrative assistance.
- Record important meeting minutes.
- Assist in researching and following up with action on matters which fall within HOD/Director’s
- Administer claim functions for General Manager SEA, Country Managers, and Directors in the system.

**Requirements**:
