Bim Manager

The Mott MacDonald Singapore Building Structure team is currently recruiting for a
- Mott MacDonald Singapore is a dynamic and progressive office involved in both local, and international projects. Some of the award-winning and iconic projects we have locally completed or are currently involved in include: Changi Airport Jewel, and Changi Airport Terminal 5, Rochester Commons, Project Sprint and NUS Agri and Aqua Research Centre. You will work in a professional international consultancy, working closely with our multidisciplinary engineers and consultant teams.-
**The roles and responsibilities include**:

- Support BIM implementation, authoring and coordination in all phases of the project.
- Assist in model navigation at design review meetings.
- Perform simulations and create clash reports and resolution at weekly design review sessions.
- Communicate complex technical concepts in 3D visual models.
- Interpret design intent sketches provided by the project engineers
- Lead model federation and design resolution activities, including assisting in model navigation and leading the team during model-based design review meetings
- Comply with company and project-specific modelling and drawing standards
- Manage the formal drawing submission process.
- Assist with BIM model coordination with other disciplines
- Develop tools and processes to improve efficiency of project delivery
- Develop BIM execution plans for the projects we are working on
- Coordination and management of off-shore BIM resources
- Assisting in business development activities

**About You**:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in an engineering related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in BIM implementation.
- Strong background in Autodesk BIM suite, Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks and Tekla Structures.
- Strong understanding in developing, supporting, and managing models per project standards.
- Experience in programming software (e.g. Rhino, Dynamo, Grasshopper, Python)
- Familiar with BCA BIM submission requirement and procedure
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Awareness of emerging technologies and trends in the industry
- Good team player with a self-motivated and proactive character
