**Roles & Responsibilities**

Authorities and Responsibilities:
1. Manage the warehouse department and supervise the warehouse personnel to ensure proper store management and control.

2. Monitor and establish a smooth flow of materials to production requirements, maintain and control inventory.

3. Supervise and assist in daily warehouse activities.

4. Co-operate with the supervisors to co-ordinate activities of individual department and serving internal customer.

5. Daily manpower arrangement to various sites & projects.

6. Material Handling and storage.

7. Ensure proper documentation of the warehouse for records and traceability.

8. Handle all purchasing duties including liaising with external providers, requests for quotes, order confirmations, expediting, delivery arrangements and assist Account Payable to resolve payments, etc.

9. Able to adapt and learn the WMS implemented.

10. Handle pressure effectively.

11. Learn and handle technology.
