As an Indoor Sales Representative, you'll be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for driving revenue through proactive cold calling and attending to walk-in customers. You'll play a pivotal role in the sales cycle by engaging potential customers, understanding their needs, and effectively closing deals while working within our office environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Cold Calling**: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients/customers from provided lists, introducing our products/services and identifying opportunities for sales.

**Product Knowledge**: Maintain a deep understanding of our product/service offerings to effectively communicate features, advantages, and benefits to potential customers.

**Sales Strategies**: Employ persuasive sales techniques to effectively negotiate and close deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

**CRM Utilization**: Record and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups using our CRM system.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and contribute to overall sales improvement initiatives.

**Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to enhance selling techniques and product understanding.
