What you’ll do

**FP&A**: Lead financial planning sessions and analysis of orders, sales, margin, and cost for Cytiva ASEAN, including Ops review, Forecast review, Budgeting review, Daily management, Pricing

**Cost analysis**: Cost Control and analysis including base cost and variable cost. Drive overall business growth as well as meeting cost commitment.

**Pricing**: Track Pricing attainment towards target. Review specific modalities and countries with pricing attainment gap for countermeasures

**Monthly closing**: Assist in commercial finance closing activities, including manual journal entries preparation and variance analysis

**AR (Account receivables) management**: Work closely with AR specialist to reduce AR past due and ageing among ASEAN customers

**Inventory management**: Review inventory level of Singapore distribution centre and drive ownership of inventory optimization with relevant stakeholders

**SOX**: Support interim and update testing as part of Danaher annual requirement

**Projects**: Lead and/or support any commercial finance related projects
Who you are
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with solid finance background
Strong oral and written communication skills in English
At least 3 years of experience in a Finance and/or audit
Experience in audit big 4 preferred
Experience in commercial finance or finance business partnership is a plus
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong interpersonal skills
Established analytical and project management ability
