With a vision to combine innovation, knowledge and products and increasing demands, they are currently recruiting for a Principal Engineer (Process Integration) to play a key role in the scalability of the company's engineering capabilities.

Responsibilities will include:

- Enhance productivity and quality through performing analysis existing processes, identify bottlenecks, plan and design to implementation, monitoring and providing solutions for improvements.
- Study the engineering fundamentals of materials, process and equipment design interactions through systematic design of experiments or troubleshooting methodologies, and how they can be optimized to achieve the final product design specifications, as well as quality, yield, safety and reliability aspects.
- Work with Research Department to provide design review focusing on Design for Manufacturing/Assembly (DFM/DFA), offering high volume manufacturing options, and executing feasibility testing with suppliers.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in materials, chemical engineering or other relevant fields related to process and material fundamentals.
- 10+ years of exposure in high volume manufacturing organization preferably with high precision automated manufacturing exposure.
- 5+ years of experience in new product transition to manufacturing and industrialization process involving concepts and feasibilities, pilot lines and manufacturing scale up validation testing.
- Related experience in **battery Manufacturing**
