JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Report to Project Manager, support Project Manager and managed assigned project site for day to day customer and operational requirements.
- Assist to designs, plans, and handles testing, commissioning, software programming and supervision on site for BMS on project plan, specifications, and contract documents.
- Assist to design and configuration of HVAC, CCTV, ELV, and Third Party Systems. Prepares submittals containing schematics, descriptions and technical literature as required. Maintains current design documents throughout project duration.
- Assist in testing & commissioning of BMS Systems
- BMS technical submittals preparation, method of statement, compliance statement and OMM
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by the project manager

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Min 3 years related work experience
- Must have PLC knowledge and have experience in Electrical wiring &
- Good CAD operating skills, have done some physical wiring
- Can use Microsoft Office software for documentation making
- Independent and have a sound decision making
- Well verse and can express ones ideas
