The Venture Capital Associate position involves actively participating in the investment process for middle
- late-stage startups, including sourcing opportunities, conducting due diligence, and supporting portfolio companies. Collaborating with the investment team, you'll analyze market trends, evaluate business models, and prepare materials for investment decisions.

**You will**:

- Conduct Due Diligence on Venture Capital Investment using an AI-based credit underwriting model to support decision making
- Gather information from the target company and industry experts
- Explore and research potential competitors to the target company
- Research and analyze financial data, including financial statements, economic data, and market trends
- Develop financial modeling and valuation analysis and prepare internal investment memo
- Perform monitoring and reporting of portfolio companies

**You Have**:

- A bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Accounting discipline preferred
- At least 5 years experience in Venture Capital or a related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Investment experience and/or due diligence
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Deep understanding of the technology industry and investment landscape
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
