**Responsibilities**:

- Formulate media and marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Collaborate closely with sales team, business units and external parties to put in place the best visibility strategies.
- Create engaging and persuasive content for online and offline marketing materials.
- Act as a point of liaison for B2B Customers for marketing matters.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success.
- Copywriting for marketing collateral, including e-dms, brochures, online banners, and more.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in marketing, preferably in beauty, skincare, or haircare industry.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Result oriented and able to achieve targets and goals set by Management.
- Passion for all things marketing, communications, technology, and sustainability.
- Strong analytical skills, result oriented, and able to evaluate data and provide insights to improve performance.
- Able to work independently within tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in design software, such as Canva, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Proficient in Video Creation and Editing.
