**The Company**

This is an exciting newly created role with a premium brand within the Real Estate industry. Due to business expansion, we are actively recruiting for a seasoned AVP, Group Consolidation and Reporting to be part of the established team.

**The Role**

Reporting to the VP Finance and managing a team, you will be responsible for statutory financial reporting and month end reporting consolidation, providing guidance on business matters to the accounting team and facilitation between operations and accounting team for the hospitality business. Creation and maintenance of procedures and controls to ensure accurate financing closing and regulatory reporting. Ensure the quarterly AC and Board papers are submitted with adequate review time. Be the key lead in managing auditor queries and ensuring tax compliance. Streamline corporate structure through initiatives such as liquidating dormant entities. Lead the coordination of budgetary process to ensure the timeline for submission of budget is met. Prepare quarterly reforecast for the Group. Ensure the successful implementation of the accounting system to enable more efficient work process for the accounting team. Provide support to formulate and implement group strategy and strategic planning for next 5-10 years, taking into consideration views from existing Business Unit ("BU") leadership and board of directors. To provide support on M&A and business development initiatives, including financial and tax impact as well as compliance with SGX listing rules.

**Your Profile**

To qualify for this role, you must be a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy and minimum 8 years of relevant accounting and financial reporting with Big 4 accounting firms and/or commercial firms. It is essential to have prior supervisory experience as well as exposure to complex consolidation ideally with SGX listed companies. We are looking for a result-oriented, resilient and resourceful leader with high learning agility and excellent interpersonal skills.
