**Responsibilities**
- Public and media relations
- Organise and manage press conferences; craft media releases, responses, talking points; secure and facilitate media interviews; respond to public queries and liaison with PR agency.
- Crisis communications and Data privacy related matters
- Publications
- Heartline (quarterly newsletter): Strategise, conceptualise and produce _heartline_ newsletter
- Lead and coordinate the production of the annual report in a timely and accurate manner, and in adherence to reporting standards and guidelines
- SHF Website
- Ensure the bilingual website is interactive, user-friendly and cost-efficient & up-to-date
- Increase user traffic through digital marketing, e.g. social media, SEO, SEM, EDM, etc.
- Leverage website as a channel for fundraising
- Social Media
- Develop creative and engaging content for SHF’s Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok pages to promote heart health-related content and drive participation in SHF events and programmes.
- Marketing Communication Materials
- Ensure consistent branding and the highest standards in marketing collaterals and all communication materials (e.g. speeches, presentations, brochures, flyers, appeal letters)
- Manage and lead department resources
- Provide leadership and guidance to department staff
- Manage departmental budget

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline such as Journalism, Mass Communications or Business
- At least 5 years of relevant team leader experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, media relations and corporate branding
- Excellent command of English
- Preferably fluent in the Chinese language to manage Chinese web and print content
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Internet and technology-savvy
- Meticulous and has an eye for detail and design
- Basic knowledge in web design/graphic design is a plus
- Effective team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills
