**Corporate Development Analyst**

**Background**We are looking for a Corporate Development, Associate/Manager for a leading Fintech based in Singapore. This will be a tremendous growth opportunity for the incumbent who will be involved in Group level M&A activity, capital raising, and deal structuring directly, working closely with senior management teams across our countries of operation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategy development projects including: Sector research and go-to-market strategy, Financial analysis and deal structuring, Identifying potential partners & strategic alliances and Competitive analysis
- Participate in any capital raising and M&A activity for Validus Group
- Serve as a key contact point assisting in queries from VC/PE firms, institutional investors, advisors, and shareholders
- Drive execution and project management for strategic initiatives, as a key contact point to external stakeholders, and internal teams
- Identify and track key local metrics & coordinate reporting across ASEAN operations to Singapore Headquarters
- Work closely with the Group Corporate Development Head in support of Group level fundraising, due diligence, and transactions
- Support regional innovation projects related to company expansion and market entry
- Tremendous growth opportunity - work closely with internal and external C-suite and Founders, build relationships with external stakeholders & gain real transaction experience

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Economics/Mathematics or equivalent
- DCM experience will be ideal
- 1-3 years of investment banking or consulting experience
- Comfortable working in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft office suite
- Able to build complex financial models, valuation analyses, and experienced in facilitating due diligence workstreams
