**What the role is**
- Develop career development initiatives that enhance employee growth, mobility and retention, as well as drive the implementation plans and systems to support these initiatives.

**What you will be working on**
- Design and implement career planning frameworks and pathways for all staff levels - Partner stakeholders to identify competencies for job functions to drive Competency Driven Growth - Track MOM career health trends through workforce analytics, metrics and feedback. - Collaborate with external partners to create career opportunities - Develop career development toolkits and resources for officers and leverage tech solutions to drive career growth initiatives. - Drive communications plan on career health initiatives - Pilot career development approaches for potential national rollout

**What we are looking for**
- Minimum 5 years experience in career development or talent management. - Strong analytical, conceptualisation and data analytics skills - Strong understanding of public service career frameworks - Knowledge of career development theories and best practices - Excellent stakeholder management skills
