**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Design integration solutions for Kyndryl account teams to support the contractual requirements.
- Collect and document specific integration data mapping and use case requirements.
- Establish network connectivity between endpoints utilizing standard service offerings available from Kyndryl.
- Work with development team to deliver a completed integration including unit, system to system, and UAT testing.
- Managed promotion to production along with two week hyper-care period with the client.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Minimum 10 years working experience in System Management Integration Development area.
- Deep knowledge of System Management processes and major tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, ISM/ICD, etc...).
- Knowledge of the ITIL process model on how it relates to service management.
- Minimum 6 years experience in on-call service handling tickets incidents, outages and crit-sits.
- Good communication and documentation skills utilized while working with the client teams.
- Ability to work in Matrix teams across different geographies.
- Deep working knowledge of data transport protocols including HTTPS, XSL, XSLT, SOAP, REST, JSON.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**

Experience in the execution of the Change Management Process to perform DevOPs functions.
