The Closet Lover is a fashion label based and operated from Singapore. Founded by sister duo, Brianna and Bertilla Wong, the brand has grown over the years and now has a strong retail and online presence in Singapore, Malaysia and Cambodia. Our headquarter and core team is located in Singapore.

At TCL, our brand mission is to build a brand that is focused on family, community and kinship. We believe in reinventing new styles that excite; creating a variety of clothing that can enable every lady to embody true confidence. We’ve accompanied the everyday woman through her moments in life, both big and small, and want to continue to do so as we expand our brand in the region.

We strive to put the customer first, and build both our online and offline experiences around our customer. We’re here to encourage and accompany our community through this journey we call life, and we’re looking for passionate, like-minded individuals to join our growing team

**The Marketing team is essentially the face of TCL, and the key bridge of communication between TCL and our customers. **It is here where ideas brim, where we jump straight hands-on to bring our brand to life. Exciting, fast-paced and full of change, the team is where go-getters are able to realise their vision and play a part in growing the TCL brand beyond where it is.

**As a Marketing Executive, you will**:

- Own and execute all campaign and marketing initiatives across the entire customer funnel, from awareness to conversion to retention, with the key KPI of driving revenue and engagement.
- Craft personalised experience initiatives on our website
- Conceptualise and set up enhancements to our customers’ shopping experience, including AB testing variables, learning and improving implementation.
- Collaborate with the graphics team to create compelling visuals that align with our brand, enhancing our digital and offline visuals
- Constantly improve our content marketing strategy across our social channels, including content creation and publishing
- Craft performance reports and run regular analysis on key metrics, and proactively identify opportunities for revenue and engagement optimisation
- Assist in planning & executing events and photoshoots where necessary

- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to successfully handle and execute multiple projects.
- You are passionate about and personally up to date on the e-commerce and digital marketing landscape and emerging trends.
- You’ve graduated with a Bachelor in Communications, Business or Marketing.
- Plus point: You’ve had experience with the management and execution of Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Shopping Ads.
