The Digital Payments & Authentication Product Owner is responsible for the delivery of all capabilities/features for digital payments & authentication for the primary 5 markets, as well as divested 12 markets, where we have more than 9 million digitally active clients. The role will interface with consumer technology teams, project office, country digital teams & regional digital/product teams to deliver initiatives and ensure consistent execution, processes and governance are in place across all markets.

**Primary responsibility of the role will entail the following**:

- Drive e2e Digital payment & customer authentication initiatives for both Retail and Cards for Citibank Online & Citi Mobile app
- Communicate digital strategy & collaborate with the country business teams, operations teams and marketing team to ensure planned initiatives are delivered without hurdles.
- Maintain digital roadmap for payments, customer authentication and frictionless experiences and ensure to keep it updated
- Monitor digital usage, NPS feedback, performance metrics to proactively address drop-offs & issues
- Partner with AML, CBORC, fraud, technology, cybersecurity and compliance teams to ensure approvals for digital initiatives are completed on time.
- Have a future-proof outlook and a keen insight into industry practices & trends, to keep the Digital Payment & Authentication features competent.

**Qualifications**:

- 5-8 years of experience in customer experience marketing or research role;
- Experience providing project or product leadership and performing qualitative and quantitative research

**Education**:

- Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience

- Customer Authentication is door to our digital channels and Payments most common capability being used by customer and hence is a key part of the digital customer experience. Build the best in class, lead a frictionless & seamless experience for our clients.
- Leading initiatives to drive the overall client satisfaction of our digital channels which are measured by both Digital NPS & app store rating feedback.
- Pre & Post implementation reviews of all new feature rollouts to ensure ease of use, performance, tracking and usage are measured for continuous improvement

**Digital Governance & Controls**
- Ensure the Digital team are in full compliance to the ADDP & Technology SDLC processes.
- Manage the feedback across NPA, CPAC adhering with all controls while keeping the core principle of customer experience intact.
- Manage due diligence for vendors & partners, to ensure compliance with risk guidelines
