Location: Dhoby Ghaut, Singapore
Start Date: Immediate or July Intake
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $9,000 - $11,000/month (based on experience)

**About Onestage**
Onestage is a creative, forward-thinking performing arts academy located in the heart of Singapore’s arts district. We empower students to discover their true talents and grow into confident, well-rounded performers. As we expand, we’re seeking an Artist Director with vision and leadership to shape the creative direction of our programs and productions.

**About the Role**
As the Artist Director, you will lead the overall artistic vision of Onestage. You’ll work closely with our performance faculty, choreographers, vocal and acting instructors to elevate the quality of training, performances, and student showcases. Your leadership will influence curriculum quality, brand image, and performance outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee and develop the academy’s artistic direction across dance, vocals, acting, and stage image
- Lead and mentor creative faculty, ensuring excellence in training and program delivery
- Plan and direct major student productions, showcases, and stage experiences
- Collaborate on curriculum design to ensure alignment with artistic vision and student growth
- Guide the creation of original works and ensure high-quality artistic outcomes
- Work with management on brand positioning, creative marketing campaigns, and external partnerships
- Ensure discipline, professional values, and performance standards across all creative departments
- Proven experience as an Artist Director, Choreographer, or Performance Leader
- Strong background in performing arts (dance, vocal, acting or cross-disciplinary)
- Leadership experience in team or program management
- Creative, visionary, and able to balance artistry with commercial sensibility
- Passionate about nurturing young talent and building a positive, high-performance culture
- Bonus: Familiarity with K-pop or Asian entertainment industry trends
