**Responsibitilies
**IT Governance and Risk Management**
- Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems and services.
- Ensure compliance with prevailing cyber and data protection regulations and implement security measures to protect all data and assets.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

**IT Operations**
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networking systems.
- Monitor system performance and security, identifying and addressing potential issues proactively.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide technical solutions and support.

**IT Project Management**
- Manage IT projects, including the planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and tracking progress.
- Develop and submit proposals to obtain grants/funding from government or private funders for IT related projects.

**IT Capability Development**
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, software, and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Continually review S3’s Digital Transformation roadmap in accordance with the evolving technology landscape.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives according to S3’s Digital Transformation Roadmap.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline with at least 10 years of IT management experience, with a strong understanding of IT systems, networks, security, and infrastructure.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools (e.g. ILTC/IRMS portal, CRM software, centre management/clinic management systems) will be an advantage
- Additional professional certifications (e.g. PMP, CISSP) will be an advantage.
