**Key Roles**

Reporting to WSH Manager, you will be key to assist in developing, implementing, enforcing and maintaining safety and health policies, procedures and regulations to ensure site compliance with prevailing WSH Acts and Regulations and exercise the duties of WSHO as per accordance with WSH (Workplace Safety & Health Officers) regulations

**Job responsibilities**
- Streamline the organisation Group safety and health management system
- Be the secretary for WSH committee and other group meeting
- Capturing and reporting of monthly safety and health KPIs
- Lead incident and accident investigations
- Provide synergy advises to stakeholders for matters pertaining to safety and health
- Spearheading risk assessment development and other legal aspects compliance
- Develop and maintaining full spectrum of WSH system needs
- Conducting/ participating in Safety and health inspections and system audits
- Plan and do necessary safety and health programme which included emergency preparedness
- Other ad-hoc duties as per instructed by the WSH manager

**Requirements**:

- Possess minimum Specialist Diploma in WSH Level C, with minimum 2 years post experience
- Must be a Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) with at least 2 years experiences.
- Registered with SCDF as Fire Safety Manager.
- Knowledge of ISO 45001, 9001 and 14001 will be an added advantage
- Attended other safety and health trainings such as managing work-at-height, management of hazardous substances, internal auditor training and other relevant safety and health training.
- Having prior experience in Logistics, Transportations, Container Depots and Warehousing operations.
- In depth knowledge of safety legislations, regulations, standards and procedures
- Team player with strong leadership, interpersonal communication and analytical skills
- Self-driven, result-oriented and good initiative with hands-on can-do attitude
- Good presentation skills and Proficiency in MS office (excel, words, power points and outlook)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- 'Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM': 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Specialist Diploma in WSH Level C with 2 yrs post experience (preferred)
- SCDF registration as a Fire Safety Manager (preferred)
