Payment Services Act (PSA) Compliance Experience Preferred
- Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) Experienced

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain the Compliance function and ensure compliance framework is in line with the local regulations (e.g. PSA and PDPA) and the Company’s policies
- Update manuals, compliance policies and procedures
- Key liaison officer to work with Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and and other regulatory bodies
- Compliance reporting to MAS and Personal Data Protection Council
- Keep abreast of latest regulatory developments
- Provide compliance advice to the various business units
- Evaluate internal controls and compliance programs through transaction analysis, compliance reviews and training sessions
- Ensuring onboarding clients & businesses as well as strategic partnership across various industries are compliant with local regulations
- Provide information and updates to Senior Management and the Board, and apprise them on money laundering, terrorist financing and PDPA identified risks and related action plans
- Work with Training Team on regulatory compliance training for staff
- Liaise with banks for ongoing monitoring and AML/KYCC requirements
- Great understanding of onboarding for Companies and HNWIs as we do not process retail clients

**Requirements**:

- Possess a Degree in Finance or related (Singaporean Diploma with extensive experienced will be considered as well)
- IBFA, ACAMS or relevant certification is advantageous
- Possess 3 - 5 years’ of Compliance experience with exposure to the Payment Services Act (PSA) and the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)
- Compliance solution-oriented and commercially minded
- Experienced in handling AML/KYC softwares (e.g. DJ Sentroweb/Reuters Worldcheck etc.)
- Analytical and self-motivated
- Good interpersonal skills and effective communicator

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
