Senior Manager, Infrastructure Planning

[What the role is]
You will be part of a team that oversees the Integrated Resorts (IRs) in Singapore. Your role will entail project management and overseeing policy issues. You will work closely with the relevant government agencies and external stakeholders to ensure that the overall tourism appeal of the IRs continue to be relevant, compelling, and future-ready. This also requires close coordination with STB’s line units to review and facilitate the development of the non-gaming components of the IRs, including hotels, attractions, dining, retail, arts, and entertainment.
**[What you will be working on]**
1. To ensure that the IRs adhere to the deliverables as stated in the Accepted Proposal, and that the integrity of the IR concept is always maintained.
2. To ensure that the IRs continue to be a key tourism enabler - from the evaluation of IRs’ proposals and their performance to the development of their manpower capabilities.
3. To perform any other duties that are required in the account management of the IRs (specifically RWS), including overseeing the development of the IR expansion and refurbishment, and marketing and comms in relation to the IR.
**[What we are looking for]**
- At least 5 years of working experience in business development and policy planning roles, preferably in the tourism industry.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage both internal and external stakeholders, including at senior-management level.
- Excellent communication, written, and analytical skills to identify and present new business and partnership opportunities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and be resourceful to deliver desired outcomes.
- Have an interest in macro trends and developments relating to the tourism industry.
