**Looking for Full Time Enrichment Teacher for Speech & Drama**

**Job Types**:

- Full Time
- Timing/Shifts: 5 Day Week
- UP TO $ 2600/ month
- Singaporeans Only

**Location**:
**General Responsibilities**:
Programme Implementation and Class Management
- Design and implement engaging and creative lessons plans of the assigned enrichment
programmes/holiday programmes/weekend workshops. (Reporting officer to share the details
separately).
- Conduct enrichment programmes/holiday programmes/workshops based on stipulated
schedule and frequency. (Reporting officer to share the details separately).

Monitoring, Assessment, Reporting and Recording
- To encourage and monitor the development and progress of each individual student.
- To provide students, parents and other stakeholders with appropriate and constructive
feedback on progress made
- To maintain accurate and complete records of students’ attendance, progress, development etc
- To work closely with reporting officer to mentor/guide staff and freelance trainers

Others
- Responsible for the general cleanliness of the classrooms, ensuring a safe environment for
students.
- To adhere to all standard operating procedures.
- To provide support to unit’s administrative matters.
- To review enrichment curriculum, in order to ensure relevance and address needs of students
in both preschool and student care units.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum O level / Higher NITEC / Diploma, in any discipline.
- Prior experience within the Early Childhood sector is also a distinct advantage.
- Good knowledge of child development theories and practices, as well as teaching
methodologies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Trainers are required to be independent with initiatives to complete tasks while working from
home, as well as resolve daily classroom issues on site
