Delivery Manager (Health & Education)
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
**Salary**: $6000-10000
**Responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Project Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Manage risks, issues, and changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Communicate project status, progress, and updates to stakeholders.
2. Team Management:
- Lead and motivate delivery teams to ensure high performance and quality
standards.
- Allocate and manage resources effectively across multiple projects.
- Conduct regular team meetings, provide coaching and support to team
members.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
3. Client and Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and ensure they are met or exceeded.
- Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Address any client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
4. Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Ensure that delivery processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with
organizational goals.
- Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
5. Financial Management:
- Manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting.
- Ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness of delivery operations.
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate billing and invoicing.
6. Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all deliverables meet the required quality standards.
- Implement quality control processes and methodologies.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of delivery processes and outcomes.
7. Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and present regular status reports, performance metrics, and project
documentation.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information
Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a delivery management or project
management role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile,
Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a
fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, MS Project,
Trello).
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification.
- Experience in a specific industry (e.g., IT, Finance, Healthcare).
- Experience with cloud-based platforms, software development, or digital
transformation projects.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
