Singapore Anytime Fitness Full time

**Position Overview**:
We're seeking a dynamic Sales & Personal Training specialist to drive membership growth and deliver exceptional fitness experiences. This role combines sales expertise with hands-on fitness training to help members achieve their health and fitness goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1] Sales & Member Relations**:

- Proactively generate and nurture leads through various channels including walk ins, referrals, and digital platforms
- Convert prospects into members through consultative selling and facility tours
- Maintain strong relationships with existing members to ensure high retention rates
- Identify and convert members into personal training clients
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for memberships and PT packages

**2]Fitness Training**:

- Perform fitness assessments and track client progress
- Conduct professional personal training sessions for clients of all fitness levels
- Design and implement customized workout programs
- Ensure proper form and safety during training sessions
- Assist members with questions and equipment usage.

**3]Administrative**:

- Maintain accurate member and client records
- Process membership and PT agreements
- Handle basic billing inquiries
- Complete daily sales reports and activity logs
- Assist with member queries and facility maintenance as needed
- Social media participation and content creation

**Requirements**:

- Certified Personal Trainer certification (NCFS, NASM, ACE, or equivalent)
- 1+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in fitness industry
- Minimum O’ Level required, bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to demonstrate exercises and assist clients with equipment
- Stand & walk for extended periods
- Lift up to 20 kg safely.

Pay: $1,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
