Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:
a) To develop, facilitate and evaluate programs for seniors in Chinese and English.

b) Provide casework support to the seniors that includes managing referrals, liaising with other departments and external agencies; and preparing case notes.

c) Responsible for the recruitment, training, deployment and retention of volunteers.

d) Prepare written reports as required and keep appropriate records of database, data entry for statistical analysis and reports.

e) Conduct community needs assessment and survey for programs to address service gaps and propose measures for improvements.

f) Perform administrative tasks for funding purposes.
