Reporting to Center Manager, the Management Trainee (Nutritionist) use her expert knowledge of nutrition to help customers meet their health and wellness goals by providing professional advises to make healthy food choices and plan meals that support customers’ overall well-being.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate, liaise, and provide nutritional advice using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable customer relationships
- Seek and continuously develop knowledge and information concerning current health and nutritional practices and knowledge.
- Ensure appropriate and ethical methods used to prospect customers and respond to follow up NCD sessions.
- Ensure all Nutritionist’s activities meet with and integrate with the Company’s requirements for quality customer service.
- Attend and present at internal meetings or other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development
- Prepare, submit and maintain all relevant paper work and research as required by the position.
- Attend all training sessions provided/ organized by the Company to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
- Liaise with other departments in order to establish and maintain effective and relevant operational activities and support in relation to the organization's sales, marketing, and overall operating functions.
- Record, analyze, report and administer according to systems and requirements.
- Take directions and report to the Nutritionist Manager and General Manager.
- Provision of assistance and support in all manner of work related issues to the General Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Nutrition Science
- Good interpersonal skills with strong communication ability
- Have passion in beauty/retail industry
- Proactive and customer centric attitude
